The Public Release Phase is the first step in the H2Global auction process. This phase provides potential bidders with access to the tender documents, an opportunity to participate in the Hintco Roadshow, and a chance to provide feedback on the draft contract documents. Taking part in this phase is valuable for anyone considering participation in the auction.

To participate in the H2Global auction, it is crucial to understand the framework, requirements, and overall structure of the tender. The tender documents contain everything you need to know, including eligibility criteria, contract conditions, and bid evaluation methods.
We recommend starting with an overview of the H2Global Mechanism, which explains how the auction works, the role of Hintco, and how supply and demand are matched through a double-auction model.
Once you have familiarized yourself with the process, download the draft contract documents to explore the detailed tender requirements.

The Hintco Roadshow is a series of virtual and hybrid events designed to help potential bidders gain a deeper understanding of the auction and interact directly with the Hintco team.
Attending the Roadshow is not mandatory but recommended, as it provides insights that will help you prepare a successful bid.
There will be a final webinar (date will be communicated) covering all required information for participation - like all other roadshow events this will be useful, but not mandatory. Potential bidders from all countries can participate in the final webinar.

Hintco values the input of potential bidders and stakeholders. If you have feedback on the contract documents, you are encouraged to share your insights, particularly regarding commercial viability and tender feasibility.
After reviewing the tender documents and familiarizing yourself with the auction process, you can proceed to the Application Phase. At this stage, interested bidders will have the opportunity to formally express their intent to participate by submitting a Request to Participate and providing the required eligibility documentation.
While attending the Roadshow and providing feedback are optional, they are valuable opportunities to gain insights, clarify requirements, and contribute to shaping the final contract terms.
